National Crime Prevention Skit Competition Grand Final 2009

The National Crime Prevention Skit Competition Grand Final 2009 was successfully held at the AMK Hub on 25 August 2009. The National Crime Prevention Council (NCPC) has launched a “Students’ Choice" on-line voting for students to watch and cast your votes on-line to support your favourite skit. At the end of the campaign, a lucky student will be picked for each skit and will walk away with an iPOD nano worth $218. NCPC will notify the winners via email directly.

Task for 3 April 2009

Hi P4 Infocomm Club members,

As mentioned on Thursday, you are to get into groups of 2-4 to plan for a podcast related to sports and/or fitness.

You have to first write out the script and rehearse it before you start recording your podcast.

Here are some questions you can consider as you work in your groups for the script/podcast:
(1) What form will your podcast take? (e.g. interview, talk show, report, commentary, documentary)
(2) Who is your podcast for? (e.g. public, school, relatives, friends, class, CCA)
(3) What is the topic of your podcast? (e.g. sportsmanship, characters of a good athlete, healthy eating, healthy lifestyle)
(4) How are you going to end off your podcast? (e.g. make known your opinions on the topic, invite audience to post comments about the topic of your podcast, a question for the audience to mull over)

I hope you'll have fun writing out the script of your podcast and creating it on GarageBand :-)
